Cut-off time for orders is 7 PM. Orders beyond 7 PM shall be processed the next day.

Put Extra into the Ordinary with this box with 2 complete sets that contain:

• Egg Noodles
• Laksa Soup Base
• Fish Cake
• Prawns
• Boiled Egg
• Fresh Vegetables & Herbs
• Sambal Chilli

You will Need:

• 2 Sauce Pots
• Strainer Baskets  / Colander
• 2 Noodle Bowls

Preparation & Cooking:

• Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil for blanching the noodles and Laksa toppings. Make sure your pot is big enough for all the ingredients.
• In another pot, open and pour the contents of the Laksa paste. Add 200 ml water and wait for it to simmer.
• Meanwhile, blanch the fish cakes, prawns and vegetables for 2 minutes. Strain and set aside. 
• Blanch the noodles for 2 minutes. Strain and plate to assemble.

To Assemble:

• Lay the hot noodles on the bottom of your serving bowl. 
• Arrange the fish cakes, prawns and vegetables on top of the noodles.
• Carefully pour the piping hot Laksa broth over the noodles. Top with spring onions and condiments as desired. Enjoy while it’s hot!
